Salvation Army Housing, Torquay Road

A large-scale project currently underway in the Geelong suburb of Grovedale involves the construction of 25 new townhouses on a 1.5 acre block. These townhouses are being built for Salvation Army Housing Victoria and The Salvation Army.

Smart Plumbing has been engaged on the plumbing for the entire project. This has begun with the first phase which covers all below ground services including sewerage, water mains, stormwater drains and the installation of temporary works.

A project of this scale requires careful planning and ongoing collaboration, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside a professional team including Spence Construction, Baumgart Clark Architects and Intrax Engineering Confidence. We look forward to returning to complete the townhouses’ plumbing in the next phase.
