Each safety check is conducted efficiently to minimise disruption. Gas and electrical checks typically take longer depending on the number of installations and appliances, while smoke alarm checks are generally quick. Our licensed technicians will provide you with an estimated timeframe when you book.

You’ll receive written compliance certificates or documentation from the licensed technician. This will include technician details and licence number, the date of inspection, and results of any repairs carried out. These records must be kept until the next safety check is completed and can be provided to tenants within seven days of their request.

If any faults are identified, our licensed technicians will advise you of the issue and the required repairs. For gas safety checks, certain faults such as PTR valve issues must be urgently repaired on site as per VBA requirements. We can provide quotes and complete any necessary repairs to ensure your property remains compliant.
